I am an experienced authorised Civil Celebrant residing on the Central Coast, dedicated to crafting memorable ceremonies for the past 15 years. Trained in public speaking, I find joy in connecting with people empathetically and delivering heartfelt services for both weddings and funerals.
My commitment is grounded in understanding and flexibility, ensuring your ceremony, whether at a Reception House, at your home, on a Boat, in a Garden or at your favorite Beach, is uniquely tailored to your needs, budget, and occasion.

With effective communication and specialised understanding of your needs, I work to ensure that your ceremony becomes a cherished memory. Thank you so much for being part of our special day. The efforts you made leading up to the ceremony were wonderful. By coming to our house to meet with us, providing music CDs that you made yourself, helping with the vows, even the small details like table decoration and chair covers, nothing was too much trouble. The ceremony was memorable and fun and a highlight of our day. You allowed us to have only one focus, each other. When saying our vows the words flowed easily and meaningfully and we felt at ease and relaxed even though we were both extremely nervous leading up to that moment. Our children were so happy. They were delighted with their responsibilities that you suggested, they were even well behaved. The ceremony set the scene for the rest of the day, very relaxed and romantic with many light hearted moments. Lorette afficiated over our renewal of vows ceremony "45yrs married". She was professional, and her caring, helpful manner made everything run smooth. We didn't know what to do for a renewal and Lorette was very patient with me which made the day run smooth. I would not hesitate to recommend her as a celebrant.

I met Lorette Barzan for the first time following the death of my father. From the very beginning of our encounter, Lorette was a true comfort through that very difficult time. Lorette's understanding and compassion was resolute throughout the whole process of organizing my father's funeral. I found her to be knowledgeable and thoughtful, as well as empathetic to my family's wishes at that time. Lorette conducted herself with professionalism and grace during my father's service, which was a true comfort to myself and my family. To her credit, Lorette managed to talk about my father's as if she new him closely. This conveyed a personal understanding of the high regard that was felt for my father, and only enforced her professional nature. Lorette alleviated many of the logistical duties of the funeral from my family, which allowed us to concentrate on supporting each other though the pain of losing my father. I am extremely thankful for her services during that difficult time, and I recommend her highly.

Our mother Alison passed away and we were asked by the funeral director Allen Matthews Funerals of Warrawee whom we would like to have to conduct the funeral service. I had heard of Lorette Barzan through friends and had been told how wonderful she is as a celebrant. We contacted her and found her to be very caring and efficient. The funeral service was very well done and we found Lorette to be a lovely and thoughtful person in every respect. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone in the future.
